Katie Wiley

Katie is an experienced transactional attorney who has worked across the energy industry on renewables, infrastructure, and oil and gas projects. Prior to joining Cloverleaf, Katie was the General Counsel at 547 Energy, the clean energy investment platform for Quantum Capital Group. She previously served as Senior Counsel at Exxon Mobil Corporation, where she worked on mergers and acquisitions and joint development projects. Katie started her legal career in the New York and London offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where her practice focused on project finance for energy and infrastructure projects. Katie is a member of the New York and Texas bars. She holds a B.A. in International Politics from New York University and a J.D. from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law.
