This is a hands-on role, reporting to the General Counsel, and supporting every stage of our project lifecycle, from site identification and land control through entitlement, utility coordination, and sales processes. The ideal candidate brings deep transactional experience from a top-tier law firm, combined with the commercial instincts and agility required in a fast-moving development environment.
