Project Red Granite

Project Overview

Cloverleaf Infrastructure is leading the development of Red Granite, a large-scale clean energy and data infrastructure site located in a high-growth Midwestern market. Spanning up to 1,900 acres with proximity to robust 345 kV transmission lines and redundant natural gas supply, the site is designed to meet the needs of energy-intensive users with speed and scale. With zoning and annexation expected by May 2025 and strong support from local officials, Red Granite is positioned to deliver up to 3.5 GW of power by 2030, making it one of the most significant energy-ready developments in the region.
